- Known Issues on Windows 10
- I cannot click and drag with Chrome window with my pen. (411)
- What I can do about it: Unfortunately, this isn’t a problem we can fix. We have put in a bug with Microsoft regarding this issue.
- I programmed my side switch with numbers and the Shift key keeps getting stuck. (409)
- What I can do about it: This happens only when the particular Sideswitch is programmed for Hover Click off. Change the slider to on and it will work as expected. This only happens when the shift key is used when entering numbers not with the keypad.
- I changed the Sideswitch or Radial menu function to ‘Send Screen shot to OneNote and it brings up Snip and Save. (377)
- What I can do about it: This will only happen with RedStone 5 (1809 and later). Engineering is currently working on a fix. The option would be to change the function to ‘Open/Run’ and choose the function or ‘Browse’ and choose the program. This is not an issue for RedStone4 (1803)
- On my BT Button functions, I have double click programmed to ‘Sketchpad’ and single click programmed to Mute. When I double click it brings up the Windows Key function (350)
- What I can do about it: Both Single and Double press should be set for an ‘Inking’ function (Sketchpad, Screen Sketch, Screen Snipping, Sticky Notes or Ink Workspace) in order for them to work. Changing one function to a non ‘Inking’ option will cause the other to not work correctly.
- Known Issues on Windows 7
- In 'Radial Menu' tab the defaults assigned to www and email no longer opens the application.
- What I can do about it: In the Radial Menu tab, select Function, and select the application you want to open.

This driver should be installed on tablets that have Wacom technologies or Wacom Pen based technologies.
Build ISD_7.3.2-12 supports recently released tablets and added support for AES tablets.
Some bug fixes since July 2015 include:
- improved pen images for custom control panels for OEM drivers in addition to the generic pen image for the Feel Driver,
- removing selective suspend enablement on I2C devices where it caused an issue
- improvement of the Radial Menu customizations.
Please note that Surface Pro 3 is not a tablet with Wacom feel IT technologies and the driver should not be installed on Surface Pro 3. This driver will also support older Penabled Tablet PCs running Windows 7, Windows Vista, and Windows XP Tablet Edition.
Uninstall previous driver and then install the ISD_7.3.2-12 clean rather than overinstall legacy drivers.
